The TCN Power-Grid Compensation Plan is based on the great grandfather of all compensation plans. It is based on the principle that you Referrer as many people as you like and they do the same. Your team will therefore grow wide and deep in a fairly haphazard structure. You are then compensated based on 10 levels of depth of all those you have personally referred.
Without a doubt, the TCN Power-Grid Compensation is one of the easiest TCN compensation plans to understand and explain to new prospects. As the name implies, the Power-Grid Compensation Plan allows you to Refer only one level of Referral Agent. And everyone you personally Refer is on your frontline. The TCN 100% Free TCN Power-Grid pays a Referral Agent a MAXIMUM of $.75 to $1.50 per active Referral Agent up to 10 Levels of Referrals. A 2x10 & 3x10 is displayed on your website. However, since there are no limits on the amount of referrals a Referral Agent may refer, there could be a infinite number of different combinations.

In this example, we have a Referral Agent who personally referred 11 Referral Agents; the 11 collectively referred 148 onto his 2nd level; the 148 collectively referred 487 onto his 3rd level; the 487 collectively referred 642 onto his 4th level; the 642 collectively referred 630 onto his 5th level; the 630 collectively referred 431 onto his 6th level; the 431 collectively referred 198 onto his 7th level; the 198 collectively referred 178 onto his 8th level; the 178 collectively referred 169 onto his 9th level; the 169 collectively referred 108 onto his 10th level for a grand total of 3,002 with a MAXIMUM PAY of $2,332.50 monthly. Please note, this is an example of the MAXIMUM compensation that would be derived if all 24,992 Members or Referral Agents five (5) text messages everyday of a particular month and is based on the 100% free model.
We find it simpler to say 10 levels by the power of 2 equals a MAXIMUM PAY of $2,302.50 monthly. Bring it up to the power of 3 and it is just too much to put into print.
Power Line
The Power-Line Compensation System is a unique and Patent Pending method of rewarding everyone no matter what their level of achievement as long as the Referral Agent places daily ads for TCN via the TCN Ad Platform. From a Free Referral Agent to a VIP Referral Agent with many personally referred everyone has the ability to earn with the TCN Power-Line System and by utilizing the Power-Line Point Accumulation System all Referral Agents are rewarded accordingly for their respective efforts.
The are two types of Power-Line Compensation positions or entries within the Power-Line itself which are;
#1 Initial Position: Every Referral Agent is given one Initial Position in the TCN Power-Line Compensation System when they register or signup.
#2 Linked Bonus Point Accumulator Entry: These are additional entries that are inserted in the Power-Line to reward the Initial Position with more points via the direct link to it. There is NO LIMIT to the amount of additional Link Bonus Point Accumulator Entries that a Referral Agent can earn based on their personal effort and/or the efforts of all Referral Agents in the company. You can not refer anyone to or from a Linked Bonus Point Accumulator Entry.
All Power-Line Positions are based on the Free Model Compensation Plan as described below;

A Free Referral Agent with a valid email or mobile phone number with 2 personal referrals who have a valid email or mobile phone number gets a Linked Bonus Point Accumulation Entry every time 10,000 Initial Positions are placed below their Initial Position in the Power-Line and 50 Power-Line Points; with a maximum of 2 Linked Bonus Point Accumulation Entries added a day. Linked Bonus Point Accumulation Entries are calculated and inserted several times daily based on the efforts of all Referral Agents with the company.
A Free Referral Agent with a valid email or mobile phone number with 5 personal referrals who have a valid email or mobile phone number gets a Linked Bonus Point Accumulation Entry every time 5,000 Initial Positions are placed below their Initial Position in the Power-Line and 50 Power-Line Points; with a maximum of 5 Linked Bonus Point Accumulation Entries added a day. Linked Bonus Point Accumulation Entries are calculated and inserted several times daily based on the efforts of all Referral Agents with the company.
A Free Referral Agent with valid email or mobile phone number with 10 personal referrals who have a valid email or mobile phone number gets a Linked Bonus Point Accumulation Entry every time 2,500 Initial Positions are placed below their Initial Position in the Power-Line and 50 Power-Line Points; with a maximum of 10 Linked Bonus Point Accumulation Entries added a day. A Free Referral Agent with a valid email or mobile phone number with 20 personal referrals who have a valid email or mobile phone number gets a Linked Bonus Point Accumulation Entry every time 1,000 Initial Positions are placed below their Initial Position in the Power-Line and 50 Power-Line Points; with a maximum of 20 Linked Bonus Point Accumulation Entries added a day. Linked Bonus Point Accumulation Entries are calculated and inserted several times daily based on the efforts of all Referral Agents with the company.
Additional Power-Line Points will be earned by TCN VIP Referral Agents.
TCN funds The Power-Line Compensation by adding a percentage of dollars from all VIP Sales, Advertising Sales, Products Sales and Promotions and what is commonly referred to as Compensation Plan Breakage to the Power-Line Compensation Pool which is then paid out based on the Power-Line Point Accumulation System. All accumulated funds will be dispensed quarterly to all Referral Agents and VIP Referral Agents using The Power-Line Point Accumulation System as described below.
Power Share
The TCN Power-Share is a Profit Sharing Program in which a TCN VIP Referral Agent can share in company profits for a defined time frame based on purchase of Pre-Paid Texts which are instantly transferred to a company Co-op Advertising Pool that will be used to attract new customers to TCN's Text Advertising Platform. The program is geared to prove the effectiveness of our advertising platform to new customers by initially giving the service away for free to every new customer by utilizing these pre-paid texts.
A TCN VIP RA can Buy pre-paid texts from the company that will be moved to a company managed co-op advertising pool. At the time of purchase they will also be given profit sharing points, based on a 1 to 1 ratio, in a profit sharing point pool. Purchases are allowed in a range of sizes from $10 to $7,500 and the VIP RA is able to make as many purchases as desired which will be done via Wire, Cashier’s Check, Personal Check, Western Union or the TCN Virtual Account. All profit sharing points awarded will expire or be retired 120 days after being awarded. During the time the profit sharing points are active/eligible the VIP RA will earn a prorated portion of the company profits based on the ration of the points to the total points awarded, which amount will be calculated and displayed daily at 10PM, 7 days a week in the VIP RAs TCN Back Office. There is no guarantee of company profits to the RA. The RA will have the ability to Buy additional pre-paid texts with these Profit Sharing funds based on a preset setting that automatically Buys additional Pre-Paid Texts from the earned balances or by manually doing so. They will also have the option to withdraw these funds to the TCN Virtual Account.
The VIP RA will also be paid a 5% (0.05) direct commission on Pre-Paid Text purchases made by any personally referred VIP RAs. VIP RAs will also be paid Commissions on all sales of Pre-Paid Texts in an amount of 1/2% (0.005) on each of the 10 levels of the existing Power-Grid structure and will have the ability to buy additional Pre-Paid Texts with such funds based on a preset setting that automatically Buys additional Pre-Paid Texts from the earned balances or by manually doing so. They will also have the option to withdraw these funds to the TCN Virtual Account.
Power Match
TCN offers an exclusive Team Performance Bonus for your team building efforts as well; receive up to a 10% Matching Bonuses on the Power-Grid, Power-Line and Power-Share Compensation Plans of those in your Power-Grid Compensation Structure. That’s correct, if someone in your 10 levels makes $25,000 month, you will make 10% (or $2,500) of that for up to ten levels of your Power-Grid Structure, if you qualify. With the potential of an infinite number of Members of Referral Agents in your Power-Grid this compensation could be life changing.
